We're VERY close to releasing our long-awaited beta product.

 

We have been hard at work on this over the last 6 months, and we will be releasing it mid-September.

 

The product will be entirely focused on helping brokers do more off-market business.   We believe it is going to fundamentally impact the way we co-broke deals in the post NAR settlement world.

 

To explain how it works, Premarket captures both off market listings and Buyer ISOs, intelligently matches them based on listing specs & buyer’s criteria, and automatically facilitates a 1:1 introduction once a match has been identified.   Your listings and buyers remain 100% confidential.  Once a qualified counterparty is added to the platform, you are encouraged to connect and share additional details.   Our goal is to help you 10x your off market transactions in 2025.
