A major platform update brings interactive map search and custom search areas to Premarket's off-market network.
Premarket today announced the rollout of a significant product update centered on map-based search, the most-requested feature from its agent community. The update reshapes how agents discover and track off-market inventory across the platform.
Every listing, on one map

Agents can now browse Premarket's full off-market inventory through an interactive map view. All private listings are plotted in a single interface, with filtering by price, beds, and amenities — making it faster to zero in on relevant inventory without sifting through lists.
Browse first, no buyer profile required

Agents can also explore the map and look through inventory without first saving a buyer down — a quicker way to scope out an area before committing to a formal search.
Draw your own search boundaries

A new custom draw tool lets agents define their own search area directly on the map — any shape, any boundary — rather than relying on fixed neighborhood lines. Saved boundaries trigger alerts the moment new listings appear inside them, giving agents a head start on inventory in hyper-specific micro-markets.
Built mobile-first

The entire experience — map, browse, search, and matches — has been rebuilt to be fully responsive on mobile browsers, with a dedicated mobile app on the way.
The new map experience is live now for all members at app.premarket.nyc. Agents interested in a walkthrough can schedule a demo.
